Jerry Wilt - Principal
A seasoned professional and international speaker, Mr. Wilt brings a hands-on, personal approach to training. Working with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission over the past 6 years to develop and present training, Jerry's dynamic, energetic, and audience-inclusive approach to the task has created a culture of critical thinking among his students.
Mr. Wilt has taught project managenement in Belfast, finance and accounting in Chihuahua, and leadership skills in Washington, D.C. He teaches supervisory skills, accounting, leadership, critical thinking, management skills, conflict management, negotiation and other topics relevent in today's business climate.
In addition, he is DNV-certified to teach all levels of Maritime Security in accordance Title 33 of the US Code of Federal Regulations as well as the International Maritime Organization. He is a certified mediator in the State of Texas and works with the Harris County Dispute Resolution Center and the Better Business Bureau in Houston.
Marion Hirsch - Associate
Ms. Hirsch stands on her diverse background in teaching and the energy exploration field as a foundation for her leadership, management, and communication training, and is a recognized expert in problem-solving techniques. As an executive working in seismic data capture and interpretation for many years at Western Geophysical, Ms. Hirsch was key to the successful operation of that organization. She now brings that on-the-job experience to her training initiatives and stands out as an international speaker, having taught managers and supervisors in London, Peru, Mexico, Columbia, Morocco, Libya and Angola.
Christine Foster - Associate
Currently working as a Regional Director for Capital CDC, an SBA-certified lending facility assisting small businesses in start up enterprises, Ms. Foster has a wide range of expertise in the financial arena, and is sought out for her sales training techniques and innovations. She brings with her an enthusiasm for sales and creative tools that have proven successful for her and for those she has trained.
Thomas Newhouse - Associate
Mr. Newhouse is a tenured professor of law at the University of Houston and Director of the A.A. White Dispute Resolution Center, also at the University of Houston.
